We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, celebrating my birthday weekend in a beautiful and historic setting. The staff were professional and friendly, making our experience even better. While the dining options are quite pricey, the outdoor pool and lovely coffee shop were highlights. However, the room delivery charges for food felt a bit high, which makes me hesitant to label this hotel a great value for money overall.
My stay at this hotel was a bit hit and miss. The location is stunning with breathtaking views, and the Gold level experience was fantastic, but the room I ended up with was smaller than expected and didn't quite deliver on the value for money. While the amenities and dining options were excellent, some aspects fell short of expectations.
While the hotel has some impressive features like friendly staff and beautiful scenery, the dining experience was lacking in variety for breakfast, and navigation within the hotel felt confusing at times. Overall, it's a comfortable stay, but there are areas that could use some improvement, especially considering the price.
Our stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. On one hand, the views from our junior suite were breathtaking, and the service was impressive right from the check-in.
